Computer overview -

This course is an introduction to the world of computers. It is designed for the absolute beginner, meaning no prior knowledge of programming or technology is required. You'll learn the basics of the Windows operating system, how to use the internet, and how to use Microsoft Office. You'll also get to know some of the powerful tools that are built into the Windows operating system, such as Notepad++ and Sublime Text.

The history of computer -
Computer inventor - Charles Babbage,
The first computer was a device built by Charles Babbage in the nineteenth century. This was a giant machine with many different parts, which was meant to calculate mathematical equations. However, the machine was never finished, and what was actually calculated was Babbage's hair. This was the first computer program failure.

The first computers were huge and filled rooms, and used vast amounts of electricity. They were also incredibly slow and difficult to use. The first modern computers, by contrast, were small and quiet. They did not use electricity at all.

The first computers were huge, clunky devices that were used for serious work. But over time, they have become smaller, faster, and more powerful. Today, you can buy a computer that is powerful enough to rival the most advanced smartphones. They are also getting smarter, so you can expect them to get even better in the future.

The history of computers is far younger than you might think. The first computer was invented in the early 20th century, but it took until the 1940s for computers to become commonplace. Today, computers have become a central part of modern society, playing an important role in our lives. They have become so pervasive that it is hard to live without them.

The first computers were huge, clunky devices that filled entire rooms. Today, computers are small and use less energy than a television set. The history of computers is long and complicated, and it is impossible to tell it fully in a short course. But let's try to get a sense of where we are today.
You are used computer today in your life -
You use a computer for all your small and big tasks, but many years ago you had to make your own operating system to run any kind of software, but today you are using Microsoft's Windows. On Key Dean you can play anything on your computer,

and it to someone across the world in seconds. All these activities would have taken someone days, if not months, if not years , only just a second , to do before. Also, these examples are a small fraction of what computers can do on 2022 ,
how to make computer important part - CPU

Cpu ( Central processing unit )
You know, what a computer can do and how a computer works, but the work done on the computer is not the computer, the heart of the computer does the cpu, and the cpu needs some things to do all kinds of work. , which are installed inside the cpu, and you can upgrade and repair your cpu with your own hands,

Important part needed in computer -

1 - processor - The processor is the brain of the computer. It performs the actual computing, which is the core function of a computer. The processor is also known as the central processing unit, or CPU. The CPU is the main chip in a computer, which is where the processing takes place.
The processor is the part of the computer that performs calculations and processes data. The processor is often called the central processing unit (CPU), and is responsible for carrying out the instructions in the programs you run on the computer. The processor is sometimes also called the brain of the computer. The speed of the processor, measured in gigahertz (GHz) or in decahertz (dGHz), is a measure of how fast it can carry out instructions.

2 - motherboard -  the motherboard is the circuit board that contains the other components of a computer, such as the processor, memory (also called RAM or memory RAM), graphics card, and other motherboard components. The motherboard is the central circuit board of a computer, which contains all of the other components. It is connected to the processor, which is the brain of the computer. The motherboard is also called the mainboard or simply the board.

3 Memory ( Ram ) -
RAM (short for random-access memory) is the main memory in a computer. RAM holds the information the processor needs to run programs and the data the processor needs to process. When the computer is turned on, the operating system (which is a program that controls the basic functions of the computer, such as starting programs and providing system services, such as keeping track of files and displaying information on the screen) is loaded from the hard drive into the RAM. The information in the RAM is then used by the processor to run programs and perform their functions.

4 ( Rom ) - ROM is short for ROM (Read-Only Memory). ROM is memory that can only be read from but cannot be written to. Examples of ROM in computers are the BIOS (Basic Input-Output System) and operating system. BIOS is the first program that is loaded into the computer when it is turned on.
The ROM is a type of memory that is contained in chips on the motherboard. The term "ROM" is short for "read-only memory." The information in the ROM cannot be changed. The BIOS or UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) BIOS is a type of ROM that is stored in the motherboard chips.

5 storage ( HDD / SSD / NVME SSD )
HDD - The hard disk drive, or HDD for short, is the main storage device in a computer. It’s where you store your operating system and applications, your data, and anything else you want to save. The hard disk is the part of the hard drive that stores data, while the platters are the part of the hard drive that spins at high speeds to access data. In essence, the hard disk is the part of the computer that stores data, while the platters are the part of the hard drive that reads data from the hard disk.

SSD - SSDs are solid state drives. This type of drive uses microprocessors to read and write data rather than spinning disks and moving read/write arms. A microprocessor works much faster than a single arm. The SSD drive spins disks quickly, but reads and writes data much faster.

NVME SSD - NVMe (NVM Express) SSDs are a high-performance type of solid state drive that uses the PCI Express (PCIe) bus to connect the drives to the motherboard. This means that you can install an NVMe SSD into a PCI Express expansion slot. This makes it much easier to upgrade your computer's storage, because you don't have to buy an entirely new motherboard. The main benefits of using an NVMe SSD are better performance and lower power consumption than using a SATA or mSATA SSD.
Types of same device just like computer but not a computer
  • Laptop
  • Smartphone
  • Tablet
  • Smartwatch
Laptop vs computer - There is a difference of size and performance and one thing in laptop aur computer, that you can take the laptop awake at any time, but the computer is permanent on one wake, and you can upgrade or repair the computer with your hand.  You can, but laptop you have to go to cyber cafe for any problem, if you have light work then you should take laptop, if you have high power high performance work like, bitcoin mining or android studio, photoshop  , then you buy the computer itself.
